OUR DELIVERY PROCESS
ORDER PLACED
Order is placed by you through our online store.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION
An email confirmation is sent to your email address. This contains your name, order number, and information regarding your order.
SCHEDULE DELIVERY
You will receive a text and/or email to schedule your delivery date. This is to ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. We cannot leave frozen products outside.
DELIVERY
Products are delivered in freezer grade trucks that maintain temperatures of -18°C to ensure products are kept frozen at all times.
DELIVERED
Products are successfully delivered to your address! At this time, we are foregoing signatures to ensure contactless deliveries.
ENJOY
Products are delivered frozen, and ready to be enjoyed by you and your family!
DELIVERY DEADLINES
All orders placed after Monday at 9am EST will be delivered the following week. Orders are delivered every Wednesday and Thursday of each week. Your order will be delivered in up to 7 business days from time of purchase.
OUR FROZEN PROMISE
All our products are delivered in a refrigerated frozen truck. Trucks maintain temperatures of -18°C to keep products frozen at all times. This ensures there is no mishandling of our products, and the condition of our products remains in the highest quality standards!
- Products remain frozen during transport
- Deliveries are NOT left outside your door.
- Products must not be left out to avoid defrosting
- If you are not there to receive the product, we will call and reschedule
- Currently, we are only delivering on specific days
